My name is RJ Dubiel, I am currently planning the northern region. I have been in the trucking industry since I graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 2003. I started in oversized/specialized loads and then moved to a fleet manager position on the truckload side. I have also worked in the LTL industry as a terminal manager for multiple terminals in MN and WI before Koch.

I am the planner for the South region. My area runs from OK/TX to NC/FL and every state in between. I have been with Koch for 8 years. I came to Koch from Sears Logistics where I was an Ops Mgr for IA/NE/IL markets. I have been in the transportation field for 20+ years. I have a 15 yr old daughter and a 12 year old son. My wife of 16 years Laurie is a nurse.

I have worked in the transportation and service industry for 12 years working at various companies, including 5 years at United Parcel Service where I held the positions of Operations Supervisor, Driver, and Dispatch Supervisor (Package Cars). I spent the last two years prior to joining Koch as the Assistant General Manager at IFCO Systems Inc., a pallet manufacturer/recycler, where I planned the production and delivery/pickup schedules. I have been with Koch for 6 months planning Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky.

My name is Juan Mateos & I have been with Koch Trucking for 7 years. I currently plan KS and MO. I am also a driver manager and handle CSR duties for Dial and Del Monte in my planning area. During my tenure with Koch I have been the Operations Manager for one of our dedicated fleets in Lawrence, Ks. I have worked in transportation for 27 years, starting as a driver in 1983.
