I have been in the trucking industry since 1975 primarily in Operations. I'm in my 12th year at Koch Trucking in Customer Service and have experienced the many changes this industry has seen over the years in both the area of technology and the “just-in-time” service expectations which are a daily challenge for the Operations team. I have lived in the Twin Cities all of my life and so does everyone else in my large family ! We are all very close and vacation together and enjoy the many “out of doors” activies that are available here in the form of camping, sailing and hiking.

Transportation Industry since 1977. The last 18 years here at Koch Companies working in the operations department as a National Accounts Manager. I handle a variety of customers and National accounts in a multi-state area.

I have been employed with Koch for 11 years. I started the Kmart Shakopee operation in 1999 and it is still going strong. I accepted the position of National Account Manager and moved to the home office in May 2008, which gave me a lot more responsibility in managing all Sears/Kmart inbound and outbound as well as other accounts.

Following the completion of my Bachelor of Science at University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2004, I spent the next 3 1/2 years at Schneider Logistics in Green Bay, WI. While at Schneider Logistics I participated in a range of positions including customer service and planning. In June of 2008 I started at Koch as a driver manager and have recently come over to the customer service side.

I have been in the Transportation / Logistics business since 1991 the first seven years were spent working for the government in various transportation related roles since then I have held a variety of positions in the trucking industry including: Fleet Manager, Customer Manager, Regional Planner, National Account Manager, Logistics Manager and my current position, Operations Manager – OTR.
